Tooling Grinder

Grinding method is very important,please Comply with below regulations

  • When grinding,punch tightened in holder, The amount of rough grinding is 0.01mm. The amount of precision grinding is about 0.005mm. Repeat grinding till it's sharp. Max grinding amount is 0.1mm – 0.3mm
  • Sugesst to use open,coarse,soft bond wheel , the hardness D~J,grit size about 46~60, best wheel is high speed grinding wheel.
  • The tool must be flooded with coolant while grinding, it prevent cracking and annealing because of high temperature
  • Wheel go down, Feed volume 0.005~ 0.01mm. Base horizontal feed volume 0.13~ 0.25mm. horizontal feed speed 2.5~3.8m/min
  • After grinding,grind cutting edge to remove bur. Get radius 0.03~0.05mm
  • Punch should remove magnetic and spray with lubricant to prevent rusty
